I knew this when I asked her to sell my townhome as I’d known Kathy for many years, and she has always excelled in whatever area of work she chooses. From determining the asking price to the completion of the sale, Kathy let me know what was going on and made the entire process effortless on my part. In fact, once the sale was complete, I forgot about it until it came time to have my taxes done. I was at my tax appointment when my CPA asked all the necessary questions about the sale of the property. I was dumbfounded. Fortunately, I was able to call Kathy and she gave us all the numbers we needed. Another one of Kathy’s strong suits – she makes herself available. “Challenge of a Difficult Property.”
One of the many properties which Kathy has represented me as the Seller is this Condo unit. The unit is in a 1972 built complex, therefore the complex is aged, although in a "hot" location. Although the unit was completely remodeled from floor to ceiling it was a challenge to market. Kathy rose to the challenge reaching out via digital/and personal contacts. The unit sold in record time at a record price. The thoroughness and follow through are Kathy's strengths, making every transaction go smoothly.
